The hotel had good-sized rooms with good facilities, though they were very noisy due to the road and had a smoke smell. The location was extremely convenient, close to various popular restaurants and safe areas. The service was supportive overall, though some staff struggled with English. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and I even received a free upgrade, making my experience even better. Although the Nile view was limited, I enjoyed the unique city view from a different angle. The staff was incredibly friendly and always made sure the room looked lovely. The location was perfect, near many tourist attractions. However, the dining options were simple and limited, but overall, I had a great time.
